While Luckychance.su is primarily an entertainment platform and not a registered charity, we are committed to full transparency and compliance with relevant regulations in all Australian states and territories. Where fundraising regulations apply, we strive to meet all obligations under state legislation.

New South Wales

Under the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW), organisations conducting fundraising activities in New South Wales must be authorised. Any fundraising that is undertaken or facilitated via this platform is reviewed for compliance where applicable.

Victoria

The Fundraising Act 1998 (VIC) requires registration with Consumer Affairs Victoria for fundraising activities. We ensure that any activities with charitable intent meet Victorian legal requirements.

Queensland

In Queensland, fundraising is regulated under the Collections Act 1966 (QLD). We do not currently conduct charity fundraising in Queensland, but should such activities occur, they will comply with Queensland law.

Western Australia

Fundraising is regulated under the Charitable Collections Act 1946 (WA). We are not registered as a charity collector in WA. Any relevant activities will be fully compliant with WA regulations if applicable.

South Australia

Charity fundraising in South Australia falls under the Collections for Charitable Purposes Act 1939 (SA). We do not actively fundraise in SA, but we monitor our activities for compliance.

Tasmania

In Tasmania, fundraising is governed by the Collections for Charities Act 2001 (TAS). If future fundraising occurs, appropriate permissions will be obtained.

Australian Capital Territory

The Charitable Collections Act 2003 (ACT) applies to fundraising within the ACT. We currently do not operate fundraising services in this region.

Northern Territory

While the NT does not have specific standalone fundraising laws, general consumer protection legislation applies. Any relevant fundraising will be managed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
